Join our dynamic team as a Program Coordinator II, where you'll play a key role in enhancing sales, operations, and planning processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle complex accounts and ensure timely, accurate communication.
  • Lead regular customer calls and provide meeting summaries.

Order & Planning Management

  • Process and acknowledge customer orders.
  • Continuously review and optimize planning based on capacity and material availability.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure compliance with logistic agreements.

Operational & Performance Management

  • Drive improvements in delivery and quality performance.
  • Analyze forecasts and production orders to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and provide cost transparency.

Contract & Program Support

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and explain data discrepancies.

Sustainability & Compliance

  • Promote eco-friendly practices in shipping and documentation.
  • Handle RMA requests and ensure proper customs procedures.

Systems, Reporting & Development

  • Ensure timely action on KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.

     

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economic Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Proficiency in SAP and strong planning capabilities
  • Languages: 
    • Local language – Proficient
    • English – Proficient
    • Additional languages – a plus!
