Connect Group has an IT department which creates and maintains mission critical applications. In order to improve our internal support, we are extending the team with a Team Leader IT Helpdesk for our Romanian office.
The Connect Group IT department consists of following areas of expertise: infrastructure, functional and business analysts and software designers. You will be assigned to the Infrastructure Team.
As a Team Leader you combine system and network expertise with organizational skills. You are responsible for guiding the local Romanian infrastructure team and communicating with the IT manager. You are able to understand and implement central guidelines and policies.
You will be part of an international team. During a traineeship you will be introduced in the company’s system environment and infrastructure policies. You will communicate with the IT manager to organize, plan and review your work.
You are graduated as Bachelor or Master in Informatics/Technical University. You have minimum two years basic expertise in network and system administration. You are a good communicator and open for structure and policies. As you are part of an international team, you must be able to organize your work independently. Team Leader experience.
You are interested in network administration and IT by nature. Technically, you have a proven track record in following technologies (or willing to learn):
- Switch and LAN maintenance
- Microsoft AD
- Continuity Backup and recovery
- Server maintenance
- First and second line helpdesk
