Program Manager – CWS Division
About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be the key link between our organization and major customers - ensuring seamless communication, successful delivery of solutions, and continuous improvement across all business areas.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Monitor customer satisfaction and lead improvement actions.
- Ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Review forecasts and open orders, analyze variances, and drive actions to close gaps.
- Address escalations related to material liability issues.
- Ensure timely customer payments; escalate unresolved invoice issues when needed.
- Maintain and update price lists, including renegotiations when required.
- Track NPIs and review progress with customers.
- Monitor ECP status and negotiate related costs.
- Engage customers in continuous improvement initiatives to increase product margin.
- Lead the resolution of customer quality complaints.
- Manage the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process.
Contract Management
- Monitor contract terms and initiate extensions when applicable.
- Ensure current business conditions align with contractual agreements; initiate renegotiations when margins are impacted.
- Communicate agreed business conditions internally and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Internal KPI Management
- Monitor key Connect Group KPIs weekly and monthly, including:
- Revenue
- Book-to-bill ratio
- BOM, BOL
- Margin
- OTD (On-Time Delivery)
- Inventory & ITO
- Working Capital
- AR/AP
- Efficiency/Output (E/O)
Budgeting
- Collaborate with Sales in the budgeting process.
- Consolidate financial data for Revenue, BOM, Margin, Inventory, AR/AP, and Working Capital.
- Track KPI performance and variances against budget.
RFQ Management
- Manage the complete RFQ process for existing product types.
- Understand COCA (Cost Calculation) structure and process.
- Provide accurate RFQ responses to customers.
- Notify Program Coordinators when RFQs convert into orders.
- Regularly compare actual costs (BOM, Margin) with COCA data.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Contribute to team culture and best-practice development.
- Coordinate activities with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Global Account Managers (GAMs).
- Act as the site-level leader for assigned accounts.

- Data analysis and reporting expertise
- Experience with escalations, negotiations, and contract management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Languages:
- Local language – Proficient
- English – Proficient
- Additional languages – a plus
