Lean Coordinator
About the Role
Are you passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence? We are looking for a Lean Coordinator who will drive lean initiatives across the organization, optimize production processes, and foster a culture of efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Lean & Continuous Improvement
• Lead and execute lean production projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify waste and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Optimize production flow, workplace organization, and constraint management.
• Apply lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and One-Piece Flow.
Project & Performance Management
• Define project goals, establish action plans, and monitor implementation progress.
• Conduct internal analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and support resource optimization.
• Track KPIs and ensure continuous alignment with operational objectives.
Team Coordination & Training
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional lean teams.
• Train and mentor employees in lean methodologies and best practices.
• Organize regular follow-ups to ensure improvements are sustained and integrated.
• Promote employee engagement in continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality & Operational Support
• Support investigations related to client quality complaints, ensuring corrective actions follow lean principles.
• Ensure timely material flow to sustain optimized production processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to support operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
• Previous experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement, or a similar role within a production environment.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Experience in constraint management and process optimization.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and resource planning.
• Understanding of quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to influence change and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Languages:
• Local language – Proficient
• English – Proficient
• Additional languages – an advantage
