Job description

  • Managing and organizing the reception, welcoming visitors, and arranging their accommodation and transportation
  • Booking hotels, flights, and taxis for visitors and employee business trips
  • Managing the fleet and vehicle servicing
  • Participating in the organization of interviews and recruitment of new employees
  • Administration related to the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintaining records of employee training and education
  • Organizing company events
  • Managing orders and invoice control


  • Communicative knowledge of the English language
  • Very good PC user skills, ideally familiarity with M365 environment
  • Flexibility, pleasant demeanor, professionalism
  • Diligence and teamwork
