Logistics Buyer

Connect Group is looking for a motivated, communicative, and detail-oriented Logistics Buyer who is eager to grow in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will manage electronic component purchases, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries while contributing to overall supply chain efficiency and operational excellence.

As a Logistics Buyer, you will play a key role in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely procurement of components. You will handle purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and support internal teams with accurate and timely information. • Purchase electronic components from an assigned portfolio of suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation in SAP
• Monitor orders, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding order status
• Handle shortages, warehouse discrepancies, and invoice-related issues
• Track open orders and supplier delivery performance, taking corrective actions when necessary
• Manage the full procurement cycle, from supplier inquiry to goods receipt
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis, including spend analysis
• Support Sales and Technical teams with quotations for tenders
• Manage and monitor claims with suppliers and factories

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field

Experience: Previous experience in a Buyer or Purchasing role, preferably in logistics or supply chain

Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience working with SAP is an advantage
