You will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Overseeing forecasts, open orders, contract compliance, and margin optimization.
- Managing escalations, quality issues, and pricing negotiations.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, inventory, and on-time delivery.
- Engaging in budgeting, contract management, and RFQ processes.
