Duties & Responsibilities
-Administrative activities concerning personnel
-Receives the hiring offer from the HR Recruiting Specialist, prepares the contract and all other related documents in order for the new employee to have a valid working contract
-Operates all the contract related changes: based on the information received from Managers and from the database prepares the needed documents which contain changes in the work contracts
-Ensures that resignations, suspensions of contract and returns from leave are processed in a timely manner
-Assists payroll team by providing relevant employee information
-Answers employees queries about HR related issues
-Administrates and completes personnel records, releases documents needed by employees
-Makes sure that all administrative documents respect the legal requirements
-Records data and creates reports
-Resolving disciplinary cases
Requirements
- University degree
- Strong time management skills and ability to self-manage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization
- Willingness to work hard to accomplish personal goals and those of our team
- Organized and able to establish priorities
- Able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR Administration is an asset
