Independent recognition that reflects where we stand — and where we are headed.
Connect Group has been ranked #19 among Europe's leading EMS providers and #77 in the global EMS & ODM Top 100, according to the 2026 edition of the industry's most authoritative independent benchmark — published by in4ma, the Global Electronics Association, and EMSNow.
In a global market where the Top 100 EMS and ODM companies generate a combined $818 billion in revenues, this positions Connect Group among the world's most relevant and capable electronics manufacturing partners.
Stronger in a Year the Industry Found Hard
The 2025 in4ma Annual Survey of the European EMS Industry paints a demanding picture. European EMS revenues contracted -2.9% on average. Germany fell -7.0%. France -13.5%. Austria -15.2%. Nearly 60% of the 397 companies surveyed reported lower revenues — and France alone recorded 11 EMS insolvencies.
The contrast with Asia is stark: EMS players in the region grew at over +20% annually, driven by AI infrastructure and datacenter investment.
In this context, the top 7.5% of European EMS companies — those with the scale, capabilities, and resilience to absorb programme complexity — now concentrate nearly 78% of total European production. The gap between strategic manufacturing partners and the rest of the market is not narrowing. It is growing.
Within this environment, Connect Group’s improved positioning in both European and global rankings reflects sustained execution in a competitive and evolving market.
A Position Built on Strategic Investment, Not Circumstance
Advancing to #19 in Europe and from #81 to #77 globally is the result of long-term commitments that predate any single year:
- Deepening vertical expertise in the sectors that demand the most — defence & avionics, healthcare, railway, industrial, infrastructure, and automotive.
- Expanding our global footprint with a European manufacturing backbone, and growing operations in the U.S., Mexico and China.
- Investing in technology and process across all sites.
- Building operational excellence as a discipline — with dedicated programmes, unified standards, and a single quality framework across 11 locations and 8 production sites.
Where the Industry Is Heading — and Where Connect Group Already Operates
The in4ma data is clear on which segments are driving future demand. Defence & aerospace is growing fastest, accelerated by geopolitical shifts and rising defence budgets across Europe and beyond. Medical technology and industrial electronics are showing early recovery. Energy and infrastructure electronics continue to expand as the energy transition generates new hardware requirements.
These are not emerging markets for Connect Group. They are where we have invested for decades:
- Defence & Avionics — from radar systems and UAV sensors to space programmes including Ariane 6 and Sentinel-1D. AS9100D certified operations to ensure quality, traceability and lifecycle support for mission-critical systems.
- Healthcare — high-reliability PCBA for medical devices and diagnostics, ISO 13485-certified across multiple sites.
- Railway — electronics for signalling, traction, and passenger systems, certified under ISO/TS 22163 IRIS, EN 17460, EN 15085.
- Industrial & Infrastructure — power conversion, control systems, and automation electronics for demanding environments.
- Automotive — complex assemblies built to the quality and traceability standards the sector requires. IATF 16949 certified in many sites.

We Don't Celebrate Rankings. We Use Them to Raise the Bar.
The in4ma / EMSNow EMS & ODM Global 100 is produced by in4ma and the Global Electronics Association — based on verified revenue data cross-referenced against official company registers. It is the benchmark that OEMs and industry stakeholders trust precisely because it is independent and rigorous.
As the electronics manufacturing industry continues to evolve, success is increasingly defined by the ability to support complex programmes, manage global supply chains, and deliver consistent performance across sectors.
Connect Group remains focused on strengthening these capabilities and supporting customers with the requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s markets.
