Improved sustainability performance places Connect Group among the highest-rated companies assessed worldwide, driven by significant progress in sustainable procurement, people practices and ESG integration across the business.

Connect Group has strengthened its position among sustainability leaders, improving its EcoVadis score from 71 to 76 points in the latest assessment and reaching the 92nd percentile globally. The result places the company among the top 8% of organisations evaluated by EcoVadis worldwide

The improvement reflects the continued integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles throughout Connect Group's operations, supply chain and decision-making processes.

Strong progress where it matters most

Among the most notable achievements is the significant improvement in Sustainable Procurement, which increased from 62 to 77 points.

EcoVadis recognised Connect Group's supplier sustainability programme, including supplier assessments, sustainability requirements in supplier contracts, conflict minerals due diligence and the evaluation of environmental and social risks across the supply chain.

The company also improved its Labour & Human Rights score from 73 to 77 points, reflecting ongoing efforts to support employee wellbeing, health and safety, professional development and equal opportunities throughout the organisation.

Maintaining a strong environmental performance

Connect Group maintained an excellent Environment score of 86 points, supported by robust environmental policies, renewable energy initiatives, energy-efficiency measures and comprehensive sustainability reporting aligned with internationally recognised frameworks.

The assessment highlights a broad range of actions already embedded across the business, including energy and carbon audits, waste reduction programmes, renewable energy sourcing and employee engagement initiatives focused on environmental performance.

More than a score

While the EcoVadis rating provides an independent benchmark, the result reflects something broader: the day-to-day work taking place across Connect Group's sites, teams and supplier network.

From strengthening governance practices and enhancing reporting processes to working more closely with suppliers on sustainability expectations, the progress recognised by EcoVadis is the result of a company-wide effort to create long-term value for customers, employees and stakeholders.

As sustainability expectations continue to evolve, Connect Group remains focused on continuous improvement and creating long-term value for customers, employees, partners and society.

The EcoVadis assessment reflects the performance and disclosures covered in our latest published Sustainability Report.
