Product Engineer

Are you proactive, technically minded, and eager to be involved in the full product lifecycle within a manufacturing environment? Connect Group is looking for a Product Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the successful development and industrialization of products, from RFQ to production.

As a Product Engineer, you will support the engineering activities related to product implementation and production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product launch, technical accuracy, and smooth production processes.

• Support RFQ activities, including cost calculations and feasibility analysis
• Manage the creation and validation of new products and components in the system
• Coordinate product implementation in production, including initial production runs
• Collaborate closely with Project Engineers, Purchasing, and Production teams
• Support engineering changes and ensure proper documentation and implementation in production
• Coordinate drawing preparation and updates with the CAD/AutoCAD team
• Review and approve new or modified technical drawings
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements
• Support troubleshooting activities during product development and manufacturing
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during product launch 

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation
• Ability to work with cost calculations and feasibility assessments
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with CAD software and ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
