Your profile

  • Technical University Degree in one of the following fields: Electronics, Electro- Mechanics, Engineering
  • English – advanced level speaking and writing
  • Strong analytical skills with a high orientation towards detail
  • Knowledge & Experience in setting up NPI & ISIR Process
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS16949)
  • Good knowledge or experience related with electronics in EMS automotive production field
  • Punctual & Accurate
  • Self starting
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Automotive experience is a plus

Function description

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • evaluate supplier PPAP submissions, ensuring requirement compliance and accuracy
  • assuring that the requested quality level is achieved and maintained
  • offer support for new supplier qualification
  • guide suppliers to develop quality strategies to improve QSM, using Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving techniques
  • set-up resources planning (equipment/tools/training/people/technical requirements)
  • setting up the FAI Process (Initial Article Inspection Process)
  • create Monthly Quality Reports with supplier evaluation
  • sends and reviews 8D requests to suppliers for line rejects and customer complains
  • supporting all activities which are impacting the product- and process quality
  • lead cross-functional supplier meetings/reviews as needed to ensure the company’s and customer requirements are met
