SMT Technician / Equipment Technician

We are looking for a skilled and independent SMT Technician to join our team!
What we expect from you:
- Education in electrical engineering (vocational or technical school), or professional qualification in electrical engineering in accordance with Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company (preferably in electronics).
- Experience with machine programming and setup.
- Ability to maintain and repair machines.

- Good communication with colleagues.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Preparing programs for SMT equipment and fine-tuning them on first pieces.
- Setting and regularly checking SMT machine parameters.
- Installing SMT equipment and carrying out regular maintenance and calibration.
- Repairing SMT machines and solving technical issues.
- Training operators of SMT equipment.
- Following the production schedule, technological procedures, and instructions from the supervisor.
- Keeping required records.
- Manufacturing and modifying SMT jigs and installations.
- Covering for SMT inspection technicians when they are absent.
- Managing shift documentation in cooperation with team leaders.
